“Say (O Mohammed): ‘On the day of victory, acceptance ofl faith by those who have disbelieved will not profit them, nor will they be respited”
Explaining the above verse, Imam Sadiq (as) said, “The day of victory’‘ is the day on which the Qaem (as) will achieve victory in the world. On that day, accepting the faith will not benefit anyone who does not already believe and has not become certain after the victory.
However, those who already believed in him and are certain in their beliefs will profit from their faith. Their status will be elevated with Allah. On the Day of Judgment, Allah will decorate His Paradise for them and He will keep the fires of Hell (away) from them.
This is the reward of those who believe in the Wilayat of the Commander of the Believers and his purified progeny. (Taweel Al Ayat Al Zahirah page 438)
